We give your data only to other parties if that is really necessary for our services. This concerns these parties: printing (Printful Inc), shipping partners (MyParcel – PostNL), paying partners (Mollie), Hosting (Strato AG) and a party we use for sending email newsletters (MailChimp – The Rocket Science Group).
In suspicious cases, we are required to share customer information with government agencies.
Webshop Software
WooCommerce – WordPress
Our webshop runs on WooCommerce software. This is the webshop branch of WordPress. Our webshop is hosted by Strato. Personal information that you make available for the benefit of our services to us will be shared with that party. Strato has access to your information in order to offer our (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Strato is, based on the agreement we have made with them, required to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and strong password policy. There are regular backups to prevent data loss. Backups are made by Strato, by ourselves on physical hard drives and stored online in a secure Google Cloud.
Webhosting
Strato
We use webhosting, cloud hosting and email services from Strato. Strato processes and stores personal data on our behalf and doesn’t use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal. Strato has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We give you the option to sign up for our newsletter. We have never send one however, but maybe will someday. We will send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of each email sent via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. Your personal details are securely stored by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies to provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. We use the platform Mollie.com to handle the payment in our shop. Mollie uses your name and address details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Drukwerkdeal
All print orders from within the Netherlands and Belgium are printed by Drukwerkdeal. They print and ship the orders. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and contact data with Drukwerkdeal. Drukwerkdeal uses this data only for the purpose of the execution of the contract. In case Drukwerkdeal enables subcontractors, like postal services Drukwerkdeal makes your data also available to these parties.
PostNL – Myparcel
If you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of MyParcel to perform deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and contact data with MyParcel. MyParcel uses this data only for the purpose of the execution of the contract. For orders outside of Europe we work with a printshop with facillities all over the world. They print our products and also ship them to you. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and contact data with Gelato. Gelato uses this data only for the purpose of the execution of the contract. In case Gelato enables subcontractors, like postal services Gelato makes your data also available to these parties.
