It’s important that our customers are happy. However, mistakes can happen and/or your order could get lost or damaged during shipping. If there is something wrong with your product, please contact us. We will try to fix the problem! This could be a refund, but we usually prefer resending your order. That way, you still get your product.
Returning a product can be done within 14 days of receiving the product. If you want to return the product, we can create a return label for you or you can send it back to us with your own label. The costs for the return are for you to pay. If we receive the parcel and all items are in good condition, we shall refund you the costs of your order. If you have used one of our return labels we shall deduct those costs from the refund.
